For the owner not letting

• HOUSE MINDING – Nov to April, holding keys, weekly property inspection (inside and out) organise necessary maintenance, preferably out of season. Preparing for new season, cleaning and airing at the close.
• CLEANING & LAUNDRY – regular washing and proper airing of bed linen towels etc.
• HOUSE MAINTENANCE – complete required jobs as requested by client, providing them with prior quotations for the same.
• POOL & GARDEN – gardens to kept well maintained, pool to kept to the correct standard, chemicals etc. Make the pool ready for winter in the autumn and then clean, inspect and fill prior to occupation.
• AIRPORT TRANSFERS – There is a set fee dependant on the number of visitors. (per head)
• BILL PAYMENT SERVICE – A figure should be able to be approximated dependant on the size/aircon units etc.

For the owner letting

• CLEANING PRIOR TO, AND AFTER, VISITORS LEAVE – to include a welcome pack, a quality, loss and breakage check. (Cleaning bills could vary, dependant on the size of villa/apartment, number of bedrooms and the frequency of occupation.). Regular washing and proper airing of bed linen towels etc will be needed.
• AIRPORT TRANSFERS – at a cost to client/guest.
• PROVIDE ASSISTANCE TO OWNERS & GUESTS – on 24hr call, cultural and language difficulties,
• POOL & GARDEN - gardens to kept well maintained, pool to kept to the correct standard, chemicals etc and at the correct frequency. Make the pool ready for winter in the autumn and then clean, inspect and fill prior to occupation in spring.
• BILL PAYMENT SERVICE – A figure will be approximated dependant on the size/aircon units etc. A villa being let must also have their insurance to cover public liability. This also can be arranged. 
• TURKISH TAX – all villa owners letting their property will need to pay tax in Turkey as they are producing their income in Turkey. Oruc International will arrange the payments needed and then provide notification of amount on an invoice so that you can offset it against your UK tax. Therefore not paying twice.
